Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. As a teenager, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness competitions at the age of 16. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her university studies. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held during the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The show saw her finish at third. The summer of 2016 saw her won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and was crowned sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite not having any expectations. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel likes working out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
