She has been a key partner to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has included organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She enjoys learning and believes that the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive benefit. The vast experience she has gained with smaller and mid-sized companies along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated success and results has helped cultivate organizations that were able to embrace changes and learning to positively impact individuals groups and companies.
